Vicat Apparatus, Computer-Controlled, Single Station

This single-station, automatic, computer-controlled Vicat Apparatus provides a completely automatic method for determining setting times of cements and mortar pastes. These vicat machines automatically monitor the setting process and provides output curves of the process. The test sequence is programmable. Tests can be performed in air or in a temperature-controlled water bath. The unit provides automatic registration of initial set and final set times, as well as providing setting plots of the entire sequence. The supplied plunger and needle weight is 300g ±1g. The Vicat needle is automatically cleaned after each penetration.

Includes: (1) Vicat mold (conical hard plastic ring); (1) glass base plate; (1) centering for Vicat mold; (1) pair of cleaning brushes; (1) t-wrench, 1.25 mm; (1) t-wrench, 2 mm; (1) spare glass plate; (2) spare initial-set needles.
